Provide community-based rehabilitative support and resource coordination for children and adults, maintain a caseload up to 30, assist with IRP goals, crisis prevention, linkage to behavioral health and community services, coordinate with family and systems of care, follow DBHDD guidelines, and complete required paraprofessional training.

Live-in or respite caregiver for 17.5–21-year-old residents, providing household management, supervision, medication administration, transportation, life-skills teaching, crisis support, and recreational and program assistance. Mentor youth from hard places and support the Life Coach team as needed.

Married couples live and work on-campus providing residential care for boys (ages 12–18). Assist with evening home tasks, teach life skills, transport youth, provide on-call and overnight supervision, and fill in as primary houseparents when needed. Manage household routines, address behavioral issues, and support the program's moral and spiritual framework.

Provide safe, reliable transportation for children and adults involved with DFCS; document services and mileage; maintain required trainings (child safety car seat, HIPAA, etc.); pass background and drug screenings; use personal vehicle meeting insurance/liability requirements; communicate with clients and complete admin tasks as needed.

Live-in married couples provide parenting, mentorship, household management, spiritual guidance, and recordkeeping for boys in foster care. Maintain training, safety certifications, background checks, and participate in community and church activities while supporting youth development and program values.
