Lead Gorton's ecommerce business by developing multi-year strategy, managing digital shelf content syndication, analyzing business performance, optimizing the brand website, reviewing retailer scorecards, and supporting key ecommerce customers such as Amazon and Instacart. The role partners with agencies, sales, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute ecommerce growth initiatives and improve digital content performance.

Participate in a rotational finance leadership program across customer finance, accounting, supply chain financial analysis, and marketing and sales financial analysis. Develop financial and accounting expertise, business knowledge, and analytical judgment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior managers. The role emphasizes professional growth, communication, initiative, and advancement potential.

Supports and enhances business applications, data integrations, SQL-based solutions, EDI processes, reporting, business intelligence, and emerging AI initiatives. Partners with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology providers to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, provide user support and training, and implement system upgrades. The role also researches emerging technologies and improves business processes through technology solutions.
