Own the company’s PLM platform and product-data governance. Lead system configuration, product hierarchy, BOMs, specifications, workflows, revision control, ERP reconciliation, data quality, user adoption, training, vendor management, integration support, and the 18-month platform roadmap. Drive resolution of data gaps, establish scalable standards, validate integrations, and translate sourcing needs into system and process improvements.

Leads sales and customer marketing strategy for major retail accounts including Walmart and Target. Develops shopper, retail media, promotional, digital shelf, and omnichannel programs; manages trade and marketing budgets; builds buyer relationships; supports product launches; analyzes shopper, category, competitive, and retailer data; and provides growth recommendations to executives. Partners cross-functionally with brand, product, supply chain, finance, planning, and creative teams while building scalable retail activation processes and leading a high-performing team.
