Support and enhance core business systems (NetSuite, integrations, Seller Central, BI). Gather and document requirements, assist with system configurations and UAT, troubleshoot issues, support deployments with internal and external teams, and maintain process and user documentation to optimize system performance.

Own design, automation, and improvement of supply planning analytics, models, and dashboards. Analyze large datasets, build scenario/optimization models, improve inventory and replenishment strategies, and partner cross-functionally to drive better inventory investment, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Lead on-platform advertising strategy across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces; manage two campaign specialists; own partner relationships; define and prioritize A/B tests; present investment recommendations; align ads with product, creative, and merchandising; and scale workflows with AI and automation to drive profitable growth and efficiency.
