Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance. Support enterprise data assets, CI/CD, pipeline monitoring, MLops and production ML deployments, data quality, metadata, and performance optimization to enable analytics and decision-making.

Support FP&A for full P&L across revenue, claims, expenses and workforce. Produce monthly results and QBRs, narrative-driven variance analysis focused on Combined, Loss and Expense Ratios. Drive annual planning, budgets, forecasting (including IFRS 17/OSFI alignment), reconcile Power BI to GL, build financial and scenario models, perform profitability analysis, and partner with stakeholders to inform senior leadership and executive decision-making.

Lead commercial pricing strategy and a team of actuarial analysts to develop, govern, and enhance pricing models. Partner with Underwriting, Distribution, and Claims to deliver profitable pricing solutions, drive predictive modelling and portfolio optimization, and mentor staff while influencing strategic business decisions.
