Leads the People Experience Partner team and advises senior leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, employee relations, workplace investigations, risk management, change leadership, and employee experience. Oversees complex people matters, supports enterprise people initiatives, coaches leaders, monitors organizational health trends, and maintains a small HR business partnership portfolio.

Leads core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, onboarding, and offboarding. Oversees performance management, compensation cycles, audits, governance, policy reviews, and total rewards support. Drives process improvement, responds to employee inquiries, mentors HR operations staff, supports payroll oversight, and builds effective relationships across the organization.

Develop actuarial models and predictive analytics solutions, transform raw data into actionable insights, conduct actuarial research, perform key calculations, and communicate technical findings. Collaborate with Actuarial, Claims, and Underwriting teams while supporting junior colleagues and progressing toward an actuarial designation.
