Supports an 18-month brand integration and transition to Beneva by coordinating marketing, communications, content, stakeholder engagement, change management, launch planning, and digital brand activities. The role develops customer, broker, and employee communications, manages cross-functional workstreams and external agencies, prepares governance updates, and executes integrated marketing plans across websites, social media, email, and other channels.

Handles minor to moderate commercial auto physical damage claims from initial customer contact through investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement, and payment. Coordinates repair, appraisal, rental, towing, and other vendors; documents claim activity; maintains accurate reserves; reviews invoices and coverage; and provides clear service to customers and brokers. Requires post-secondary education, customer service and phone-based experience, communication, organization, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and negotiation ability.

Leads commercial auto underwriting integrity across IRCA, Fleet, and Garage lines. Responsibilities include technical file reviews, focused audits, underwriting referrals, audit reporting, coaching, training, guideline and wording updates, authority recommendations, regulatory support, complaint response, and collaboration with Product, Pricing, Claims, and Underwriting teams.
