Lead the end-to-end claims business control environment: own QA operating system, standardize quality categories, run cross-LOB calibration, lead audits and control testing, manage remediation and regulatory readiness, serve as claims SME for external audits, publish KRIs and dashboards, and lead a small team to drive continuous improvement.

Support FP&A for full P&L across revenue, claims, expenses and workforce. Produce monthly results and QBRs, narrative-driven variance analysis focused on Combined, Loss and Expense Ratios. Drive annual planning, budgets, forecasting (including IFRS 17/OSFI alignment), reconcile Power BI to GL, build financial and scenario models, perform profitability analysis, and partner with stakeholders to inform senior leadership and executive decision-making.

Coach and enable Scrum teams to adopt Scrum, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, improve delivery transparency using tools like Jira/Confluence, and support alignment with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver business value.
