Coordinate and complete the federally mandated RAI/MDS process timely and accurately, ensure correct reimbursement and regulatory compliance, develop resident care plans, perform assessments and data entry into Accumed, liaise with clinical team and families, maintain policies and documentation, and provide leadership and communication within the long-term care facility.
