Teams at Gordon Memorial Hospital District

Supports the Director of Nursing in leading hospital nursing services, including staffing, scheduling, supervision, clinical oversight, staff development, quality improvement, infection prevention, documentation compliance, patient safety, and policy implementation. Provides interdisciplinary coordination, addresses care concerns, supports emergency preparedness, and assumes nursing leadership responsibilities in the DON’s absence. May provide direct patient care, charge coverage, or shift coverage as operational needs require.

Cleans and services resident rooms, offices, hallways, dining and activity areas, while completing daily and deep-cleaning schedules. Collects, sorts, weighs, and processes laundry and linens; coordinates with nursing services; maintains supplies and equipment; completes documentation; and follows sanitation, infection control, safety, and PPE procedures in a long-term care facility.

The Radiology Technologist administers x-rays, operates equipment, processes images, and prepares rooms and supplies for patient services.
