Manages and expands national strategic accounts for warehouse conveyor solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales presentations, quoting, contract reviews, account planning, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, forecasting, and supporting pilot-to-scale deployments. The role serves as a primary customer contact, partners with sales and project teams, communicates market feedback, attends industry events, and travels throughout North America to meet customers and prospects.

Aligns business objectives with employee and management needs across designated business units. Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, safety, training, succession planning, and organizational development. Administers benefit programs, FMLA, disability processes, HR records, and policy updates. Partners with managers and safety teams, conducts investigations and training, supports payroll and audits, and delivers HR projects while promoting a positive employee experience.

Manage and develop an Applications Engineering team to design electro-mechanical systems and custom integrations. Oversee CAD models/drawings, FEA, BOMs, ERP data, project planning, quality assurance, testing, cost projections, and cross-functional support to ensure timely, manufacturable, and customer-approved products.
