Manage and grow customer relationships via phone and in-office meetings, handle expiring leases and maintenance agreements, support outside sales, process inbound orders, create quotes with technicians, and update HubSpot CRM daily to drive sales in the Connecticut territory.

Provide parts and merchandise to customers, process orders and payments, manage inventory and warranties, coordinate with service team, pick/pack/ship parts, order and receive stock, and offer tech support for radio/telecommunications equipment.
