Manage incoming operations requests, route and communicate responses, process employee terminations, and support individual and entity licensing (including GH and TWG). Maintain inboxes and use Salesforce to track operations tasks.

Work with franchise owner prospects to generate and qualify leads via cold calls, email, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn; advise on franchise financial requirements; assist Territory Manager with candidate evaluation and support franchise channel growth. May require travel to territory.

Entry-level retention specialist who reshops expiring or problem policies, conducts inbound/outbound client outreach, presents alternative coverage, mitigates cancellations, and identifies cross-sell opportunities. Uses established scripts and workflows, documents interactions, maintains state insurance license, completes required training, and collaborates with team to meet retention and productivity goals.
