Manage end-to-end hiring for a business unit, ensuring positive candidate experience. Execute sourcing strategies, negotiate offers, analyze hiring data to inform recommendations, coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders, and stay current on recruiting trends. Focus includes volume hiring within customer service/support ecosystems.

Conduct contract quality assurance audits, verify adherence to Google policies and GPO standards, document findings in audit platform, analyze trends via Quality Dashboard, flag risks and discrepancies, provide feedback to stakeholders, and recommend process or contract improvements.

Lead and manage an offshore digital production team to deliver global marketing programs on SLA. Own operational and business metrics, training on MarTech tools, process and SOP improvements, escalations and issue resolution, and support marketing automation tool improvement projects to meet business objectives.
