The role builds talent pipelines, partners with senior stakeholders, supports hiring goals, and applies recruitment best practices across the Mexican talent market.

Manages end-to-end technical recruiting for a designated business unit, including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, hiring recommendations, candidate communications, onboarding, and recruitment operations tracking. Builds technology talent pipelines, advises stakeholders, analyzes hiring data, and stays current on technical recruiting trends. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, stakeholder influence, project management, negotiation, and knowledge of Mexico’s technology talent market.

Maintain SQL codebases and revenue dashboards, develop dashboard features and anomaly detection, validate reporting environments, analyze marketing performance, and present quantitative insights and business recommendations to stakeholders. Automate reports, interpret Google data structures and metrics, and support campaign measurement through scalable visual analytics.
