Teams at gFiber

Manages relationships with real estate partners, property owners, managers, HOAs, and commercial stakeholders to grow gFiber building inventory. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating sales and access agreements, managing 30- to 90-day funnels, explaining network capabilities, hosting and attending stakeholder events, coordinating site surveys, and supporting customer acquisition activities.

Supports cost control for construction projects by coordinating with project controls, accounting, and operations teams; analyzing costs, budgets, variances, consumption, and productivity data; preparing financial reports and projections; managing reconciliations and spend governance; identifying process improvements; and supporting cost-control tools, standards, training, vendors, and stakeholder alignment.

Own end-to-end capital accounting for a multi-billion-dollar fiber network: ASC 360 PP&E and ASC 842 lease accounting, SAP FI-AA/PS/MM stewardship, PO-coding architecture, month-end close and external audit support, SQL/BigQuery reporting and reconciliations, cross-functional partnering, and team leadership and development.
