Teams at Google Fiber

Drive GFiber partner relationships with property owners and managers to grow building inventory and enable service orders. Prospect and manage a sales funnel, host/attend property or HOA meetings and events, explain the GFiber network, coordinate site surveys, and support cross-functional customer acquisition tasks to increase household accessibility to GFiber services.

Handle inbound cancellation contacts from residential and small business customers to retain accounts. Troubleshoot home network equipment and fiber connections, negotiate retention offers, meet save-rate and revenue metrics, analyze churn drivers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations. Must work onsite in Austin including nights and weekends.

Lead development, configuration, and troubleshooting of GFiber's OSS ecosystem. Build features, service layers, APIs, and integrations to improve fault/outage management, telemetry, and operator tooling. Coordinate across teams, set technical direction, and participate in cross-team troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.
