Manage relationships with property owners, developers, managers, HOAs, and commercial stakeholders to expand GFiber building inventory. Develop sales pipelines through prospecting, cold calling, mailers, follow-ups, networking, and events. Negotiate contracts and access agreements, explain GFiber’s network, coordinate site surveys, and support customer acquisition activities across assigned geographies.

Manage complex, interdependent enterprise programs across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include project planning, executive reporting, delivery oversight, consensus building, readiness testing, risk and dependency management, and resolving roadblocks through market launch. The role supports cross-product initiatives that advance internet access and requires strong collaboration with organizational leadership and subject matter experts.

Manage engineering practices and deployment projects for an outside plant FTTH network. Oversee fiber network design and permitting for residential and business properties, coordinate engineering activities, financial reporting, invoice review, and change management, and manage vendor production against standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute network designs and support construction compliance, quality controls, and infrastructure delivery.
