Lead regional sales strategy and a team of advisors to meet AOP targets. Manage territory coverage, reseller and customer policies, pricing for profitability, and client relationships. Drive performance management, team development and succession planning, analyze financials, and coordinate cross-region business opportunities.

Analyze, consolidate, and report actual and forecasted EBIT across company and business units. Prepare monthly financial reports, executive analyses, and Board presentations. Partner with corporate and unit FP&A teams to improve forecasting, drive process improvements, and support annual planning and financial systems enhancements.

Lead and coordinate regional demand planning for ASEAN: drive consensus forecasts, maintain process quality, align assumptions, manage S&OP integration, implement new-product forecasting, deploy analytics and forecasting tools, lead and develop the supply planning team, and drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across the cluster.
