Manage product master data creation and maintenance for APAC, support daily master data operations, coordinate with business stakeholders, update workflow systems and report progress, and represent Master Data on special projects.

Own and grow strategic customer accounts by developing and executing account plans, leading joint business planning, negotiating contracts and pricing, driving revenue and profitability targets, leveraging data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, partnering cross-functionally to deliver commitments, and guiding account teams to improve performance and mitigate risks.

Lead deployment of Industrial Engineering and Lean across APAC tire manufacturing (Thailand, Indonesia, India). Partner with plant and regional leadership to define labor utilization strategies, implement output standards, conduct IE studies, optimize workflows and capacity, reduce Total Delivered Cost, develop project scopes and financial estimates, and share best practices to improve plant performance and support AOP objectives.
