Lead accounting, reporting and tax processes for Turkey: prepare financial statements under VUK, US GAAP and IFRS, manage month-end close, account reconciliations, audit support, tax compliance (VAT & Corporate Tax), hyperinflationary accounting, internal controls ownership, and lead a team of 6-7 including shared services.

Own rolling forecasts and S&OP horizons for the Commercial PBU by analyzing sales history, demand drivers, and market dynamics. Provide data-driven insights using appropriate methodologies, liaise with supply chain on forecast-to-supply issues, support continuous improvement, and drive KPI achievement for sales, margin, forecast accuracy, DSI, and customer satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end finished goods supply planning across S&OP and S&OE horizons for ASEANZ. Oversee import supply, coordinate with plants, suppliers and logistics, resolve supply issues, maintain inventory targets, deliver supply reports, and drive process improvements to ensure product availability and high customer service.
