Teams at Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC)

Coordinates engineering projects from planning through closeout, including budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, pay applications, change orders, project records, and financial reconciliation. Serves as a communication hub among managers, contractors, consultants, and agencies; supports QA/QC, business development, grant compliance, CRM tracking, leadership administration, and schedule coordination. The role is primarily office-based with occasional construction site visits and up to 10% travel.

Supports engineering project teams by assisting with scopes, budgets, schedules, technical documents, QA/QC, risk management, proposals, contract modifications, and project closeout. Collaborates with clients, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting project execution and client satisfaction. The role also includes mentoring staff engineers, fieldwork, construction equipment procedures, and continuous process improvement under senior guidance.
