Architect III leads technical design and execution of complex projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities include producing code-compliant construction documents, coordinating consultants and contractors, conducting QA/QC reviews, managing construction administration, supporting permitting and bidding, preparing technical reports, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires healthcare and education project experience, advanced Revit proficiency, Florida licensure or eligibility, and up to 20% travel for site visits and meetings.

Supports architecture and engineering projects through all design and construction stages. Produces construction documents, documents existing conditions, assists project managers, coordinates with consultants and authorities, and manages deadlines across multiple projects. Requires technical drawing expertise, knowledge of building codes and systems, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and proficiency with AutoCAD and related documentation software.
