Provide hands-on and remote desktop, mobile device, and application support for attorneys and staff; perform hardware diagnostics, imaging, upgrades, procurement, and inventory; deliver 2nd-level escalations (software, Windows 365, Citrix, VPN); mentor team members; liaise with vendors and IT groups; assist with server room and occasional infrastructure tasks; maintain documentation, asset management, and participate in off-hours on-call rotation.

Lead client development for the global Life Sciences practice by identifying growth opportunities, managing pitches and RFPs, crafting strategic marketing materials, conducting market and competitive research, supporting rankings and awards submissions, and enabling cross-selling. Partner with attorneys and internal teams to strengthen client relationships and business development strategies. Mentor team members and translate industry insights, data, and emerging technologies into actionable recommendations.

Supports business development and marketing for the firm’s Private Equity practice. Responsibilities include preparing pitches and RFPs, coordinating campaigns, events, conferences, and rankings submissions, maintaining credentials and marketing materials, conducting market research, managing activity in CRM systems, and developing client and prospect insights. The role collaborates with partners, lawyers, communications, research, and global client development teams to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
