Provides administrative and operational support to the Billing department by preparing and editing prebills and invoices, processing billing adjustments, organizing documentation, maintaining reports and trackers, monitoring billing requests, supporting eBilling activities, and assisting during month-end and other high-volume periods. Collaborates with Billing, eBilling, Collections, and Finance teams while escalating issues appropriately.

Build, test, maintain, and improve data pipelines, data models, and ETL/ELT processes supporting firm analytics and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, governance, monitoring, and observability while troubleshooting quality issues. Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders; document pipelines and schemas; participate in Agile ceremonies; and use Git for code changes. The role also supports data modernization and may involve cloud data platforms, orchestration tools, and AI/LLM technologies.

Manages attorney development, performance, engagement, onboarding, staffing, and retention for an assigned cohort. Partners with firm leaders, recruiting, practice management, talent, and employee relations teams to guide evaluations, career progression, training, succession planning, and performance matters. Uses workforce data, technology, and AI tools to inform talent decisions, improve programs, and support hiring and development strategies. Also manages advisor programs, policy awareness, engagement initiatives, and attorney transitions.
