Advises prospective and transfer students on academic programs, transfer policies, placement, degree options, and first-semester scheduling. Develops individualized academic plans, interprets university policies, coordinates with admissions, registrar, faculty, and program departments, and refers students to support services. Participates in team meetings and professional development while maintaining accurate, inclusive, and student-focused service. Requires some evening and Saturday availability.

Provides instructional design and pedagogical technology support for faculty and online programs. Develops online degree programs and course materials, evaluates learning technologies, monitors educational trends, and ensures compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts, writes instructional and multimedia scripts, supports online education guidelines, and promotes continuous improvement, student success, retention, and inclusive learning practices.

Lead Magnet School finance operations including cash management, month-end close, grant and state reporting, budgeting, audits, financial modeling, staff supervision, and board presentations while ensuring GAAP and CT SDE compliance.
