Goodwin University Benefits Overview

Provide front-desk support for the Enrollment Department: greet and assist visitors and prospective students, handle phone inquiries, maintain records and office supplies, perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, mailing), take minutes, support enrollment projects, and work some weekends as needed.

Performs accounting and financial functions for Goodwin University and its subsidiaries, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, month-end close, fixed asset and depreciation schedules, tenant billing, intercompany transactions, bank and investment activity, tax filings, grant reconciliation, and audit preparation. Works with multiple operating entities and supports real estate accounting activities while maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to safety and organizational procedures.

Provides instructional design and pedagogical technology support for faculty and online programs. Develops online degree programs and course materials, evaluates learning technologies, monitors educational trends, and ensures compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts, writes instructional and multimedia scripts, supports online education guidelines, and promotes continuous improvement, student success, retention, and inclusive learning practices.
