Directs Goodwill West Texas’s fiscal functions, including accounting controls, budgeting, tax and audit activities, payroll, financial reporting, cash management, insurance negotiations, accounts receivable, and government reporting. Serves as second in command to the President/CEO, provides financial guidance to leadership and the Board, and supervises accounting, payroll, and e-commerce staff. Ensures legal compliance, accurate reporting, and organizational financial stability.

Provides first-line technical support for computer systems, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals across multiple locations. Installs, configures, repairs, and diagnoses systems; supports new-user setup; resolves LAN, WAN, internet, telephone, and connectivity issues; manages vendor service calls; and assists users remotely, by phone, email, and in person. The role also oversees IT systems, supports contracts, travels to territory locations, and provides after-hours assistance when required.
