Performs warehouse production duties involving sorting, evaluating, separating, and transporting donated metal and other items. Operates carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, racks, containers, and crushers safely; conducts equipment inspections; meets production goals; maintains workspace and follows safety procedures. Requires physical handling, prolonged standing, bending, indoor and outdoor work, attention to detail, and positive communication with coworkers. No prior experience is required.

Provides employment coaching and case management for job seekers, including goal setting, individualized employment plans, resume development, interview preparation, resource referrals, employer outreach, recordkeeping, and community advocacy. The role supports clients facing employment barriers and builds partnerships with employers and community organizations to achieve successful job placements.

Leads retail sales-floor and cash-wrap operations, ensuring customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, accurate transactions, cash balancing, inventory replenishment, safety, security, and loss-prevention compliance. Supervises, coaches, and trains employees; monitors productivity and scheduling; supports donation processing; handles operational issues and emergencies; and assists the Store Manager with floor moves and continuous store operations.
