Provide confidential intake, assessment, and ongoing support to employees in crisis or with life challenges. Refer and connect employees to community resources, document services and outcomes, conduct follow-up meetings (on-site or virtual), and maintain relationships with local service providers to promote wellbeing, engagement, and retention.

Facilitate fatherhood curriculum workshops in-person and virtually; recruit participants; maintain accurate participant records and data entry; coordinate participant services and referrals; attend community events; build partnerships with local agencies; ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and program documentation.

Provide confidential intake, needs assessment, and referrals to community resources for employees. Conduct ongoing meetings, document progress, develop local service relationships, and support employees with crisis, mental health, substance abuse, financial, and life-event issues. Travel occasionally to Goodwill locations to deliver services, track participation data, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness.

Support participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities to increase community integration and employability through curriculum-based activities, coaching, mentoring, and transportation. Plan and facilitate activities, implement individual program goals, document progress and program data, and ensure participant safety and welfare. Requires valid driver's license and mandated background clearances; CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 90 days.

Provide job readiness services, job coaching, and placement for individuals with disabilities/barriers. Develop employment plans, deliver job-specific training, coordinate schedules across sites, use job search technologies, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners to meet program outcomes.

Support and facilitate EARN/Work Ready programs by assisting with operations, orientations, computer lab/classroom support, implementing educational and behavioral supports (including assistive technology), tracking attendance and goal progress, completing required documentation, and helping with training and job readiness activities from intake to exit.
