Coordinates and oversees Goodwill’s VITA program across multiple tax sites, including staff and volunteer supervision, training, IRS compliance, quality assurance, taxpayer services, scheduling, audits, reporting, equipment, documentation, and volunteer recognition. Serves as the primary liaison with the IRS and travels to clinic sites as needed. The role is limited to 300 seasonal employment hours and requires specified volunteer hours.

Coordinates day-to-day operations of assigned VITA tax clinic sites during a seasonal limited-term appointment. Supervises and supports volunteers, manages schedules and resources, ensures IRS compliance and certifications, oversees tax preparation and quality review processes, assists taxpayers, protects sensitive information, communicates program updates, and supports reporting and issue resolution. The role requires seasonal adaptability, strong organization, customer service, tax knowledge, and travel of up to 50%.
