Search donations, organize products for online and in-store showcases, complete training, meet posting and financial targets, and perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining accuracy and a clean workspace.

Supports high school students in developing social-emotional skills through restorative, trauma-informed, and positive behavior strategies. Responds to staff requests, supervises and escorts students, provides classroom coverage, de-escalates conflicts, monitors school areas, and connects students with support services. May drive a minibus or accompany students on public transportation. Builds relationships with students, families, and staff while promoting safety, accountability, and student success.
