Works in-store to identify, select, and process high-value donated items for eCommerce, organize products for online and in-store showcases, meet online sales and financial goals, maintain a clean work area, complete required training, and perform physical tasks including lifting 10-50 pounds.

Provide intake, assessment, case management, job coaching and follow-up for formerly incarcerated participants. Develop individual development plans, coordinate referrals and wrap-around services, deliver job-readiness training and on-the-job coaching, maintain community partnerships, track participant metrics and billing, perform worksite evaluations, transport participants as needed, and support retention and reintegration efforts.

The QA Supervisor leads and manages the Quality Management System, overseeing audits, investigations, and quality compliance, while ensuring continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.
