Creates and manages online product listings by accurately documenting item details, measurements, condition, shipping methods, categories, and search-optimized descriptions. Meets daily listing goals, handles donated goods carefully, stages completed items, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The role requires accurate typing, strong attention to detail, internet navigation skills, effective communication, and consistent in-person attendance.

Partners with business leaders on employee relations, compliance, investigations, organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and culture change. Administers HR programs, unemployment claims, exit processes, training, and employee communications while analyzing workforce trends and supporting engagement, retention, and legal compliance. Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization.

Leads and develops regional HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists. Oversees employee relations investigations, performance management, workforce analytics, strategic HR partnership, culture initiatives, compliance, risk mitigation, and service delivery across multiple locations. Advises business leaders on organizational design, retention, succession planning, change management, and employment policies while ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting team development.
