Create and manage written and visual content across channels to support brand storytelling, drive retail traffic, hiring events, and awareness. Write copy for emails, ads, web, print, and social; develop messaging, storyboards, and photography; collaborate with internal and agency teams, manage timelines, and maintain brand voice and style consistency.

Administers employee benefit and retirement programs, interprets policies, supports eligibility and enrollment, reconciles carrier bills, resolves data discrepancies, handles COBRA and medical support orders, assists with compliance reporting, and responds to employee inquiries. Coordinates vendors, payroll, insurers, wellness activities, communications, audits, and annual open enrollment while mentoring Benefits Specialists and documenting processes.

Coordinate community donation drives from prospecting to execution; cultivate partnerships with corporations, schools and community groups; schedule and staff events; maintain partner database and departmental reports; manage invoices and expense reports; collaborate with Transportation, Retail, and Marketing; perform administrative and outreach tasks to increase donations and promote GCNA programs.
