Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process full-cycle payroll, garnishments, manual pays, year-end W-2/1099, and payroll reporting. Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors, mentor junior staff, resolve payroll inquiries, and serve as team lead in the manager's absence.

Oversee accounting operations for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, ensuring accurate financial transactions, GAAP and OMB compliance, internal controls, audits, month/year-end close, grants and payroll oversight, and lead a finance team while supporting integrations from mergers and acquisitions.

Manage and coordinate workers' compensation claims, determine reportable/recordable injuries, oversee Return to Work, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, escalate high exposures, ensure regulatory compliance, process documentation, produce reports, and support training and cross-functional collaboration.
