Evaluates donated merchandise for quality and value, prices items using established guides, identifies exceptional collectibles, and moves merchandise efficiently through processing to the sales floor. Manages a merchandise category by monitoring sell-through and adjusting prices to maximize sales. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and physical ability to regularly move items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Coordinates training sessions, schedules, communications, LMS enrollments, reporting, and training records. Tracks leadership development participation, supports education and language-learning programs, creates training content using Articulate and digital tools, and partners with HR and operational leaders across multiple locations. Requires Spanish bilingual proficiency, strong organization, training coordination experience, reliable transportation, and occasional lifting and travel.
