Leads daily retail store operations by opening and closing the location, assigning duties, supporting team members, overseeing donations and inventory rotation, maintaining merchandising standards, completing reports, and ensuring customer service, safety, loss prevention, and cleanliness standards. The role also promotes Goodwill’s mission and requires physical activity, reliable transportation, and evening and weekend flexibility.

Bargain Barn Team Members greet customers, provide excellent service, move goods efficiently, load and unload trucks using material handling equipment, and prepare unsold merchandise for salvage. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, along with the ability to stand, bend, reach, and regularly move up to 40 pounds. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
