Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of classroom, virtual, and e‑learning programs; administer and analyze the LMS; develop leadership, onboarding, and career-path programs; partner with leaders to meet learning needs; measure training effectiveness and ensure compliance with Goodwill and CARF standards.

Provide courteous customer service, support store operations to maximize sales and donations, present and stock merchandise, follow cash-handling and safety procedures, handle minor customer complaints, maintain store cleanliness, and assist management as needed.

Provide customer service and sales support in retail or warehouse settings, follow safety and company policies, perform repetitive physical tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, maintain attendance and professionalism, and work collaboratively with team members.
