Teams at Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona

Supervises two Reengagement Coordinators and supports youth programming for at-risk youth. Oversees outreach, participant recruitment, case documentation, data quality, audits, compliance, attendance tracking, and grant or contract readiness across Apricot, HMIS, and physical files. Builds relationships with schools, behavioral health agencies, employers, families, volunteers, and the juvenile justice system. Provides staff coaching and training, supports continuous program improvement, handles crisis communication, and participates in community outreach and networking throughout Southern Arizona.

Support e-commerce operations by researching, photographing, listing, packing, and shipping collectible items across online marketplaces. Track inventory, process orders, provide customer service, meet production goals, and maintain safety, accuracy, and quality standards.
