Provides administrative and recruiting support for the Human Resources department, including applicant processing, candidate communications, interview coordination, onboarding, orientation, HRIS and payroll record management, employment verification, benefits reporting, file maintenance, and employee service. Greets visitors, answers calls, supports HR investigations and community service participant records, maintains confidentiality, and coordinates occasional support for Goodwill stores.

Supervises retail store staff and daily operations, including opening and closing, merchandise processing and display, customer service, production tracking, cash register transactions, deposits, reporting, safety, loss prevention, and policy enforcement. Resolves customer and staff issues, maintains accurate records, protects donated merchandise, and supports store management in meeting operational and customer satisfaction goals.
