Provides HR leadership across benefits administration, leave and disability management, ADA accommodations, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HRIS workflows. Advises managers and employees on policies, corrective actions, benefits, and employment law. Oversees documentation, investigations, tuition reimbursement, training materials, newsletters, and coordination with Accounting and HRIS teams across multiple off-site locations.

Manages procurement operations and strategic sourcing, including supplier evaluation, competitive sourcing, negotiations, contract documentation, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and ERP records. Develops procurement KPIs and spend analyses, supports compliance, supplier performance, inventory coordination, process improvement, and internal user training. Partners with stakeholders, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and vendors to improve cost, quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Designs, develops, coordinates, and delivers learner-centered training and coaching for DGR team members. Creates blended learning materials, facilitates classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training, maintains instructional content, and collaborates with leadership to improve customer experience and operational performance. Evaluates training effectiveness through observation, testing, feedback, and business data, then prepares reports and recommendations for improvement.
