Manages employee relations, benefits administration, leave and disability processes, reasonable accommodations, performance management, HRIS workflows, tuition reimbursement, and employment-law compliance. Advises managers and employees on policies, corrective actions, benefits, and workplace concerns; supports investigations, training programs, documentation, and internal transfers. Requires strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, employment law, HRIS administration, and high-volume HR operations.

Supports online commerce by sorting, testing, researching, pricing, listing, organizing, shipping, and tracking merchandise. Processes returns and refunds, maintains inventory records and spreadsheets, monitors customer satisfaction and budget metrics, and communicates issues affecting listings or shipments. Requires accurate product identification, strong organization, computer skills, written and verbal communication, adaptability, and three years of service-driven experience.

Processes Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act requests, including clarifying requests, researching records, logging cases, drafting correspondence, and closing requests in the Air Force eFOIA system. Responds to internal and external inquiries, reviews publications and privacy documents for compliance, protects sensitive information, conducts training and compliance inspections, prepares progress reports, and provides professional customer service.
