Processes merchandise, assists customers, operates the cash register, handles payments, stocks and prices donations, maintains sales-floor presentation, performs basic record keeping and janitorial duties, and follows safety, loss-prevention, inventory-control, and compliance procedures. The role requires dependable attendance, physical mobility, effective communication, teamwork, and at least six months to one year of retail customer-service experience.

Loads, unloads, sorts, prices, tags, and stocks donated goods while supporting donation attendants and production workflows. Provides courteous donor and customer service, maintains clean and safe work areas, restocks supplies, records production levels, and follows inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance procedures. Requires continuous physical activity, including bending, lifting, grasping, moving materials, and occasional two-person lifting of heavy objects.
