Provide friendly customer service, operate the cash register, receive/price/stock donations, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, follow loss-prevention and safety procedures, and support basic retail/production operations.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Goodwill's workforce development programs serving individuals with high barriers to employment. Oversee staff, outreach, assessment, training placement, employer and education partnerships, program evaluation, data collection, budget and grant administration, and continuous improvement to achieve job placement, retention, and training outcomes.

Receive, sort, move, price, and prepare donated goods for processing or sale. Load/unload items, restock supplies, maintain clean and safe work areas, record production levels, follow loss-prevention and inventory procedures, and provide friendly customer service to donors and shoppers.
