Operate salvage processing equipment (tipper, compactor, baler) to sort, grade, and process recycled materials. Meet production goals, document output, maintain cleanliness and safety, wear PPE, perform basic record-keeping, provide customer service, attend trainings, and report hazards.

Supports the Store Manager with daily retail operations, including donation and merchandise processing, pricing, stock rotation, displays, sales goals, customer service, store opening and closing, cleanliness, safety, equipment operation, cash handling, security, and asset protection. Maintains store records and helps ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards.

Supports the Store Manager with daily retail operations, including donation and merchandise processing, pricing, inventory, displays, sales goals, customer service, store opening and closing, cleanliness, safety, cash handling, security, and asset protection. Maintains store and processing areas, ensures equipment and facilities are functioning, follows Goodwill policies, and helps meet production and performance standards. The role requires at least one year of retail experience and includes no direct supervisory responsibility.
