Oversees daily operations of a retail store while completing training for a General Manager role. Supervises and develops staff, manages merchandising, customer service, financial documentation, safety, security, cleanliness, equipment, banking needs, and policy compliance. The position requires flexible evening and weekend availability, transportation for banking and territory travel, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.

Handles donated goods by collecting, unloading, processing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising merchandise. Provides customer and donor service, maintains store cleanliness, evaluates item quality, discards hazardous materials, and performs accurate cash register transactions. Works independently with minimal supervision while supporting team operations and adhering to Goodwill policies. Requires physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
