Provides personalized employment coaching and case management for individuals facing barriers to work. Conducts participant intake and assessments, develops service plans, supports job searches, prepares clients for interviews, matches candidates with employers, documents services, and follows up after placement. Builds relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community partners while coordinating referrals, classes, resource fairs, and job fairs.

Handles donated goods by collecting, unloading, processing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising merchandise. Provides customer and donor service, maintains store cleanliness, evaluates item quality, discards hazardous materials, and performs accurate cash register transactions. Works independently with minimal supervision while supporting team operations and adhering to Goodwill policies. Requires physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Supports retail store operations while training for a General Manager role. Supervises and trains staff, coordinates daily activities, maintains merchandising and store presentation, completes financial and personnel documentation, ensures safety and security, handles bank deposits, supports customer service, resolves problems, and maintains equipment and facility cleanliness. Requires a flexible schedule, daily transportation, and travel to surrounding retail locations.
