Teams at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA

Leads enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems integration, data governance, Salesforce, AI adoption, and major POS, CRM, and loyalty initiatives. Oversees technology operations, budgets, vendors, cybersecurity, business continuity, enterprise applications, and a multi-site technology team. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders across retail, hospitality, higher education, fundraising, and mission services to improve scalability, security, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder experiences.

Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including pre-employment requirements, orientation, communications, documentation, system access, and coordination with HR and operational teams. Maintain HRIS and personnel records, process employee transactions, conduct audits, generate workforce reports, track onboarding metrics, support compliance activities, and improve onboarding workflows while protecting confidential information.

Lead enterprise Benefits and Total Rewards for ~1,000 employees, including self-funded health plan stewardship, compensation and merit planning, performance management, leave administration, employee recognition, workforce analytics, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement in partnership with Finance, Payroll, and HR teams.
