Manages donated-goods processing and store operations, including staffing, training, performance accountability, workflow oversight, sales and expense monitoring, safety enforcement, loss prevention, customer service, and corrective action planning. Collaborates with store and district management to maintain operational standards, profitability, and a positive retail environment.

Manage participant cases and provide assessments, career planning, training referrals, employment services, documentation, community resource coordination, and post-placement follow-up. The role supports youth and other participants in overcoming barriers, developing workforce skills, pursuing employment, military service, or education, and maintaining employment. It also requires regulatory compliance, collaboration with WorkOne staff, outreach, reporting, and occasional travel to job sites.

Case manages justice-involved youth and young adults through eligibility determination, assessments, career pathway planning, training referrals, work-based learning, employment placement, and post-exit follow-up. Maintains participant records, coordinates with community agencies, supports outreach and recruitment, ensures program compliance, and travels to service locations including detention centers.
