Leads Goodwill NYNJ’s people experience strategy across employee relations, leave and accommodation management, onboarding, total rewards, recognition, engagement, culture, and retention. Oversees a team, coaches managers, supports multi-site frontline and program workforces, manages vendors and unemployment claims, uses HR data to improve practices, and partners cross-functionally on organizational change, equity, and workforce strategy.

Develops employer relationships and business opportunities for Workforce1 Career Centers across New York City. Conducts employer outreach, labor market research, networking, and partnership development; promotes Workforce1 services; identifies hiring needs; coordinates job orders with recruitment teams; maintains CRM records; tracks employer engagement, placements, and performance against targets.

Sources, screens, and refers high-volume candidates to employer job opportunities through Workforce1 Career Centers. Manages recruitment pipelines, maintains compliant candidate data, supports hiring events, partners with employer and community organizations, and meets referral and placement targets. The role serves Fordham and Hunts Point sites and requires travel throughout New York City, including occasional evening or weekend events.
