Manage daily office operations, supervise administrative staff, maintain supplies and equipment, develop policies and procedures, assist with budgeting, organize meetings/events, liaise across departments, resolve office issues, and ensure a safe, welcoming work environment.

Grade donated accessories by brand and quality using Goodwill's good/better/best system. Maintain a clean, safe workstation, follow Team Lead direction, assist textile/misc processes, attend training, and meet appearance standards. Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, bending, and handling inventory.

Oversee textile and hard-goods production to meet quotas; train and supervise processors and donation attendants; price incoming items; ensure safety, CPSC and hazmat compliance; maintain 5S/Kaizen standards; inspect equipment and coordinate inventory flow to the sales floor.
