Receive, sort, grade, price, and categorize donated hard goods. Prepare and place merchandise on carts for timely floor delivery, rotate stock, maintain production area cleanliness and safety, assist customers, observe for theft, and follow Team Leader directions and merchandising standards.

Rolls, rotates, and stocks priced merchandise and produce from the production area to the sales floor. Maintains organized, clean sales and backroom areas, follows rotation and safety procedures, communicates inventory needs, supports customers, and meets hourly production goals. Requires continuous standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Prices specialty merchandise such as jewelry, electronics, furniture, and books; assesses condition and value; cleans and prepares items for display; replenishes sales-floor inventory; meets production goals; assists customers; maintains an organized work area; communicates inventory and pricing needs; and follows safety procedures. The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, cart pushing, and shelf stocking in a fast-paced retail environment.
