Manage daily operations of a two-year transitions program for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Oversee staff, deliver life-skills and employment training, develop individualized plans, perform assessments and case management, track outcomes, maintain data/CRM reporting, build community and employer partnerships, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and CARF.

Deliver Goodwill's pre-developed career pathway and professional development training across multiple sites, manage classrooms, track attendance and outcomes, ensure CARF/OBPVS compliance, adapt instruction for adult learners, provide one-on-one coaching, collect training data, participate in organizational committees, and model Goodwill core values.

Facilitate self-paced adult learning in workforce development courses, administer/proctor online certification exams, provide one-on-one coaching, manage class records and data, connect potential clients to enrollment and community resources, and support curriculum delivery and classroom management.

Supervise and train janitorial staff across multiple contract sites, ensure quality control, maintain supplies and equipment, track hours and paperwork, enforce safety policies, respond to customer requests, and complete incident reporting.
