Sorts, cleans, prices, and quality-checks donated shoes; places items into appropriate containers, transports merchandise to the sales floor, stocks and rotates shoe fixtures, follows merchandising guidelines, and maintains a clean, neat, and safe processing area. May assist with textile processing and other assigned duties. Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and basic math and communication skills.

Processes incoming donations by greeting donors, receiving and sorting items, grading and pricing merchandise, hanging and tagging garments, stocking sales-floor displays, rotating inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe processing area. Provides customer assistance, supports loss prevention, handles donation receipts, and follows merchandising and safety procedures. Requires physical lifting, prolonged standing, basic computer and barcode-scanning skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

Tags graded textile donations and places them on rolling racks for the sales floor. Maintains clean, organized, and safe production and store areas, follows directions, adheres to dress and grooming standards, and performs other assigned duties. Requires knowledge of textile classification, basic stock handling, simple math and reading skills, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds.
