Lead operations learning for retail, donation, and warehouse functions by diagnosing performance gaps, designing SOP-aligned curricula and e-learning, delivering field training and train-the-trainer, managing rollouts, and measuring impact using LMS and operational KPIs. Partner cross-functionally, supervise instructional support staff, and continuously improve programs to drive SOP adoption, safety, quality, and leader execution.
