Processes incoming donations by greeting donors, issuing receipts, sorting and grading items, pricing wares, hanging and barcoding garments, rotating stock, and replenishing the sales floor. Maintains a clean and safe processing area, assists customers, supports merchandising procedures, and reports suspicious activity or complaints to management. The role requires customer service, basic computer and barcode scanner skills, physical lifting, and prolonged standing and walking.

Leads daily retail store operations under a Team Leader, including opening and closing, assigning duties, customer service, POS cash handling, donation and merchandise processing, inventory rotation, loss prevention, facility safety, reporting, deposits, and staff training. The role supervises team members, supports sales and productivity goals, maintains store standards, and requires evening and weekend availability.
