Provides individualized career counseling, employment preparation, job placement, and retention support for participants. Conducts intake and assessments, develops service plans, connects individuals with training and community resources, builds employer partnerships, and assists with job searches and interviews. Maintains participant records, ensures confidentiality and compliance, and collaborates with workforce partners to improve employment outcomes.

Provides individualized and group instruction and community-based support to adults with disabilities. Develops and implements Individual Plans, monitors participant progress, maintains confidential records, coordinates community resources and outside services, facilitates skill-building activities and excursions, and collaborates with families, social workers, vendors, funders, and agencies. Requires participant documentation, ongoing assessment, reinforcement, budgeting, and transportation assistance.

Assists the Retail Store Manager with daily store operations, including assigning schedules, training and supervising staff, maintaining floor coverage, ordering and inspecting merchandise, tracking deliveries, preparing sales and inventory reports, handling cash, resolving customer issues, and meeting sales goals. The role also supports donation and production operations while maintaining a safe, organized, customer-focused retail environment.
