Assists the Accounting Manager with purchasing, inventory, petty cash, gift certificate tracking, retail outlet financial statements, vehicle auction audits, invoicing, bank deposits, filing, and finance-office backup duties. Maintains accurate financial records and supports reporting requirements while following agency policies and regulatory standards.

Manages day-to-day operations across federal contract sites, ensuring compliance, performance, reporting, budgeting, staffing, and service quality. Leads site managers and support staff, coordinates contract startups and closeouts, liaises with federal agencies, supports bids and proposals, and drives process improvement. Requires local and regional travel, government-site access, background screening, and occasional after-hours response.
