Drive activation and adoption of an AI platform among MSP and distributor partners and their customers. Lead onboarding, demonstrations, workshops, product enablement, and follow-up activities. Coach partner teams, identify growth opportunities, support co-selling and deal progression, track adoption milestones, and provide field feedback to Product. The role requires fluent English and Portuguese, MSP ecosystem knowledge, strong product expertise, commercial judgment, organizational rigor, and comfort working cross-functionally in an early-stage company.

Build and scale the backend infrastructure powering Goodweek’s AI platform. Responsibilities include AI orchestration, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, data ingestion and export, context and token optimization, scalable APIs, security, observability, deployment automation, and testing. The role also contributes to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and engineering practices. Candidates need 5+ years with Node.js and TypeScript, backend architecture expertise, AI/ML integration experience, AWS, databases, authentication, CI/CD, and strong technical communication.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a secure, scalable digital product. Responsibilities include building maintainable components, contributing to architecture and technology decisions, ensuring performance and code quality, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting technical knowledge, and collaborating with product, engineering, and DevOps teams in agile cycles.

Track adoption milestones, customer engagement, blockers, and opportunities while sharing field feedback with Product and MIP teams.
