Lead end-to-end lifecycle of virtual partner programs: build and grow partnerships, design and coordinate program delivery, manage program P&L and performance, drive stakeholder alignment across product, growth and operations, and apply AI tools and automations to increase efficiency and reporting.

Support Senior Program Managers with in-app program operations, community logistics, prize fulfillment, course building, basic performance monitoring and internal reporting. Use AI tools to speed content structuring, QA, charting and summaries. Focus is execution, admin, community support and learning rather than partner-facing responsibilities.

Lead partner marketing and global communications to shape Goodwall's external narrative: craft partner success stories, manage PR and event presence, run thought leadership and content series, coordinate agency and cross-functional workflows, and build AI-driven systems to scale communications and partner-facing materials.
