Leads the design and development of scalable mobile and web test automation frameworks. Builds automated tests for Android, iOS, hybrid, and web applications; integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines; and applies AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and testing workflows. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, establishes automation standards, collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams, and owns technical initiatives from design through implementation.

Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs for client organizations in a hands-on consulting role. Responsibilities include program planning, delivery governance, risk and dependency management, budget and forecasting, executive stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, reporting, and client relationship growth. The role requires working onsite in South Carolina or Mexico City with travel between locations, advising senior client leadership, managing consulting engagements, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Designs, develops, executes, and maintains automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Appium and Playwright. Performs manual, exploratory, API, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing; analyzes failures, investigates defects, identifies quality risks, and improves coverage and QA processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, documents results, and applies AI-assisted tools to test generation, debugging, code review, and optimization.
