Lead the Legal function for a high-growth consumer brand while providing hands-on counsel across commercial agreements, marketing, privacy, employment, regulatory, corporate transactions, intellectual property, litigation, and international expansion. Manage outside counsel, legal spending, team development, compliance infrastructure, templates, playbooks, and training. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and deliver practical legal guidance.

Lead product design for active eyewear, developing concepts, surface designs, colorways, packaging, artwork, and technical files. Translate seasonal trends and material stories into product graphics, collaborate with product and design teams, maintain timelines, and mentor junior designers. The role requires strong sketching, conceptualization, typography, color theory, composition, print and digital design expertise, plus consumer packaged goods product development experience.

Manages international distributors and retail partners, owning commercial performance, joint business plans, forecasting, contract coordination, onboarding, order operations, logistics, pricing, localized launches, and partner reporting. The role tracks sales KPIs, supports international marketing and merchandising initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and presents performance updates to leadership. It requires international CPG account management or sales operations experience, NetSuite proficiency, global trade knowledge, and willingness to travel internationally.
