Lead strategic initiatives for the Office of the CEO by translating executive vision into structured project plans, maintaining company-wide OKRs and BOPs, facilitating cross-functional workflows and high-energy working sessions, coaching project managers, creating executive briefs, reducing meeting fatigue, and driving brand initiatives from inception to launch to scale the business.

Manage operations projects from planning through execution across distribution, supply chain, planning and fulfillment. Build project maps, run working sessions, hold leadership accountable, present executive briefs, maintain Asana updates, and improve systems for inventory, production, and fulfillment. Support COO and scale strategic initiatives for July–October 2026 temporary assignment.
