Lead and grow a team of Product Marketing Managers to own positioning, launches, enablement and GTM execution for a regulated, multi-product B2B platform. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape roadmap decisions using market and competitive insight, drive platform-level launches tied to commercial outcomes, and embed scalable launch and enablement processes.

Manage assigned and shared B2B accounts to drive retention and upsell growth. Use data-driven account reviews to educate customers, capture feedback for product improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.

Own People Operations administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, Right to Work, visas), improve processes, and manage the Sheffield office experience. Support engagement initiatives, facilities, and cross-office coordination with occasional travel.
