Leads strategic finance for the CFO, including integrated financial modeling, capital allocation, enterprise performance analysis, M&A, financing, valuation, due diligence, and Board, lender, and investor reporting. Acts as a trusted executive advisor, coordinates cross-functional finance workstreams, supports value creation planning, and develops decision materials for senior stakeholders. Requires strong transaction, investment, modeling, communication, and executive judgment skills.

Coordinates branded content, publications, copywriting, social listening, and brand monitoring. Analyzes surveys, research, industry trends, and audience insights to support marketing recommendations and thought leadership. Manages content calendars, publication timelines, stakeholder communications, vendor and contributor coordination, and Advisory Council activities. The role requires strong writing, project management, relationship-building, reporting, and data interpretation skills, with hybrid work and occasional travel to Canadian events.
