Sources, qualifies, and signs home improvement contractor partners for GoodLeap’s financing programs. Manages inbound and outbound prospecting, explains financial products and legal agreements, coordinates account handoffs, and collaborates with business development leaders to support partner growth. The role also improves sales processes, develops persuasive proposals and presentations, provides business intelligence-driven guidance, and engages executive stakeholders on new and existing programs.

Leads marketing systems and automation, developing omnichannel campaigns, automated workflows, and AI-assisted marketing tools. Owns campaign design, audience segmentation, journey building, QA, deliverability, taxonomy, UTM governance, and performance reporting. Partners with Salesforce and Databricks teams to support customer data foundations, maintains MarTech standards, evaluates and migrates platforms, coaches stakeholders, and ensures privacy-conscious, measurable campaign execution.

Designs and develops scalable web applications, APIs, and document lifecycle systems using Node.js and AWS. Builds secure solutions for document generation, signing, and vaulting while translating legal and business requirements into compliant technical implementations. Responsibilities include testing, continuous deployment, code reviews, system optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and mentoring engineers. Collaborates with product, engineering, and legal stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-availability document services.
