Provides Level 2 IT help desk support for employees across the US and Mexico. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and connectivity; documenting resolutions; identifying recurring issues; installing equipment and software; maintaining inventory; training users; supporting new-hire orientations; improving IT processes; and participating in projects and after-hours on-call rotations.

Owns a strategic initiatives portfolio involving financial models, internal software, and product features. Translates ambiguous business needs into executable plans, makes technical and product decisions, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures reliable production outcomes. Manages and mentors Senior Associates, reviews AI-assisted work, establishes responsible AI coding practices, and remains hands-on in building solutions with AI agents.

Build and maintain financial models, internal tools, and product features supporting lending programs. Conduct user discovery, document workflows, define problems, and direct AI coding agents to prototype solutions. Review AI-generated output, validate assumptions and data, support shipped tools, resolve minor issues, and escalate architecture or infrastructure decisions. The role requires strong analytical and finance skills, advanced Excel proficiency, curiosity about AI, critical thinking, perseverance, and communication with nontechnical stakeholders.
