Own the product vision and roadmap for two live F2P strategy titles. Set priorities, define requirements and success metrics, approve design/Live Ops/CRM concepts, monitor KPIs across the funnel, drive AI adoption, and lead a cross-functional product team to deliver engagement and revenue targets.

Own end-to-end backend services for high-throughput, low-latency MMO systems: design, implement, deploy, scale, and operate Java services on AWS/K8s. Architect MySQL/Redis layers, tune concurrency and GC, maintain CI/CD and observability, run and govern agentic coding workflows, and help the org adopt agentic engineering practices.

Lead engineering for the Goodgame Empire franchise across backend and frontend: set technical direction, own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, design low-latency JDK17+ Java services on AWS/K8s/Terraform/ArgoCD with MySQL and Redis, own CI/CD/observability/on-call, and define safe, production agentic engineering practices.
