Source and secure GPU capacity and pricing, decide when to rent/partner/own hardware, manage compute economics, negotiate vendor contracts, forecast demand, and partner with research, product, finance, and leadership to ensure infrastructure supports roadmaps without becoming a bottleneck.

Lead People strategy for a fast-scaling AI research startup: own hiring, compensation, leveling, employee lifecycle, culture, People systems, org design, employee relations, and build a high-performing People team partnering with founders and leaders.
