Conduct original interpretability research with customers, analyze advanced AI models, prototype techniques to visualize and manipulate model structures, and translate research into production-ready tools. Lead high-stakes project delivery by defining hypotheses, sourcing data, building tools, and iterating with engineering and customer partners. Help shape the company’s research direction while communicating complex technical concepts clearly.

Conduct original research on interpreting and designing biological foundation models for customer applications including precision medicine, digital pathology, and drug discovery. Develop techniques to visualize and manipulate model structures, source data, build tools, and collaborate with engineering to productionize research. Work directly with customers and partners while helping shape research direction. Requires strong biology, computational biology or bioinformatics, machine learning, Python, PyTorch, and communication expertise.

Own technical delivery for strategic AI partner engagements by building production integrations, custom pipelines, tooling, evaluation workflows, and short-term pilots. Embed with customer engineering teams, bridge interpretability research and production systems, prototype and harden novel techniques, and share reusable learnings across engagements. The role requires strong Python and modern machine learning engineering skills, rapid learning, technical communication, and comfort working in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.
