Own Goodfire's end-to-end events strategy for technical AI audiences: design high-signal experiences (dinners, salons, conferences), run operations (vendors, budgets, run-of-show, speaker prep), build targeted invitation and attendance strategies with GTM and field teams, and measure event impact on pipeline and account engagement while creating repeatable playbooks.
