Lead the People function end-to-end: design HR strategy, recruit and onboard talent, maintain HR operations and compliance, drive performance and development programs, and foster employee engagement and culture while partnering with leadership to scale a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Partner with Account Executives to drive enterprise, long-cycle SaaS deals in France and EMEA. Create ROI-focused value propositions, lead executive demos, manage RFI/RFP responses, and build pre-sales frameworks. Coordinate with Product and Marketing and track CX market trends to improve positioning and sales effectiveness.
