The Commercial FP&A Analyst supports forecasting, trade promotion management, commercial investment ROI analysis, distributor financials, local marketing fund tracking, and recurring sales and financial reporting. The role partners with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and distributors; maintains Excel models and Salesforce TPM data; investigates financial discrepancies; and supports budgeting and long-range planning. This early-career position requires strong analytical, communication, reconciliation, and financial modeling skills.

Leads distributor networks and regional sales performance across New England. Responsibilities include executing business plans, managing territory P&L, forecasting sales, developing retail accounts, improving distribution and merchandising, coordinating promotions, conducting business reviews, and managing distributor resources. The role also coaches employees, oversees administrative processes, and travels extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, IT roadmap, systems, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI automation, project governance, vendors, and budget. Builds a strategic IT organization, optimizes Microsoft Business Central, drives critical initiatives, and prepares technology operations for potential private equity transactions or an IPO. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to align technology investments with business outcomes, scalability, compliance, and risk management.
