Manages independent distributors and develops local and larger retail chains to grow beverage and snack sales across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include distributor training, store visits, merchandising execution, account penetration, SKU expansion, promotional execution, performance tracking, reporting, and administrative follow-up. The role requires strong influence, organization, analytical thinking, communication, and initiative, along with extensive regional travel by car.

Supports the National Sales Team and Business Intelligence Manager by preparing retailer meeting insights, updating presentation decks, analyzing promotional performance, incrementality, and pricing impacts, and incorporating selling slides based on pre-call inputs. The intern conducts ad hoc analyses with guidance, collaborates with Business Intelligence Partners, and manages competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Manage and coach independent direct store delivery (DSD) distributors to grow good2grow sales in assigned territory. Drive account penetration, develop local and national chains, execute store-level merchandising, complete store visits and reporting using VIP Karma, and handle weekly administrative and expense tasks. Heavy regional travel required.
