Manages daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager, including supervising staff, overseeing food and beverage quality, enforcing sanitation and legal standards, maintaining supplies and safety, resolving guest and employee issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing operational documentation. The role requires restaurant or bar management experience, ServSafe certification, an ABC Server Permit, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift at least 50 pounds.

Provides temporary HR and risk management coverage for San Diego venues. Oversees employment compliance, wage and hour practices, safety, accessibility, insurance, workers’ compensation, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, training, employee complaints, claims, and personnel documentation. Advises venue management on hiring, performance management, discipline, terminations, and legal compliance. Administers Paycom setup, payroll reconciliation, bonuses, audits, policies, offer letters, and job descriptions.
