Collaborates with the kitchen team during service and follows recipes, instructions, and quality standards. The role requires basic culinary knowledge, attention to detail, adaptability across kitchen stations, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and mentorship are provided for this entry-level position.

Oversee daily campus food and beverage operations, including food preparation, service, hygiene, inventory, staffing, quality control, dietary requirements, events, and guest services. Coordinate chefs, kitchen and service teams, procurement, housekeeping, and accommodation departments while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service standards.
