Provides hospice nursing care for patients and families during rotating seven-days-on, seven-days-off on-call shifts. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, symptom and pain management, medication education, family communication, physician coordination, documentation, interdisciplinary meetings, bereavement support, and assistance at time of death. Serves Oklahoma City and surrounding communities.

Administer, configure, optimize, and govern the Homecare Homebase EMR platform in a hospice environment. Provide end-user support, manage integrations, workflows, upgrades, security, compliance, data integrity, and issue resolution. Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, IT, and executive stakeholders to improve system performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes.

Provides on-call hospice nursing care to patients and families, including assessments, care planning, symptom and pain management, medication education, caregiver instruction, documentation, physician communication, bereavement support, and participation in interdisciplinary meetings. The nurse also evaluates hospice aides and LPNs, supports patients at death, coordinates resources, and provides continuous coverage according to hospice policies and care plans.
