Provide administrative support to the clinical team, triage high-volume phone calls, track documentation to maintain regulatory compliance, collaborate with administrative and clinical staff, manage time-sensitive tasks, and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.

Perform fiscal billing and support financial recordkeeping for a nonprofit hospice. Responsibilities include insurance billing, maintaining accurate financial records, using accounting software, and ensuring compliance. Requires strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and collaboration with administrative team. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Lead and manage the admissions nursing team to ensure timely, clinically appropriate, patient-centered admissions. Oversee clinical quality, documentation standards, staffing, operations, and process improvements while coordinating with intake, community development, and clinical teams.
