Provide one-on-one in-store customer fittings and product recommendations to relieve foot/leg/back discomfort. Deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport, meet sales targets (commission), complete company training to become a Certified Arch Support Specialist, and participate in multi-stage interview process. Hours are fixed with set schedule and bonuses uncapped.
