Teams at The Good Feet Store

Provide one-on-one sales consultations in-store, diagnose customers' foot/leg/back discomfort, recommend and fit arch support products, deliver exceptional customer service, and build customer relationships. Complete company training to become a Certified Arch Support Specialist. Work scheduled retail hours with commission-based pay and uncapped bonus potential; OTE $55K–$75K.

Provide one-on-one customer consultations to assess foot/knee/hip/back discomfort, recommend and fit arch support products, deliver exceptional customer service, close sales and earn commissions. Participate in company training to become a Certified Arch Support Specialist, meet sales targets, and work scheduled in-store hours (37-40 hours/week).
